How many signed George RR Martin copies can I order?

Due to limited stock, while supplies last, we are implementing the following purchasing rules:

Only ONE copy of any available GRRM title per customer and/or household

If customers purchase more than one copy of any title, those orders will not be fulfilled and the customer will be REFUNDED immediately

Is Beastly Books currently accepting online orders? 

Yes! We are fulfilling online orders every day! As long as a book is available in our  warehouse or available in-stock at our store, we will ship it out to you! Please note that we currently send out our orders on WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS.

Orders must be received by 12:00p MST on day TUESDAY or THURSDAY to go out for that shipment day. All orders received after that time will for out the next regularly scheduled shipping day.

NOTE: Holiday Shipping

When ordering during holiday seasons or busy sale periods, please allow for extra shipping time. Our shipping days of WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS during these times. Should a holiday fall on a regular shipping day, your package will go out the following business day.

NOTE: 3 Day Select Shipping

Please keep our shipping days of WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY in mind when choosing this option. If you have a particular day you need a shipment to arrive by, please contact your postal service to ensure their schedule and call Beastly Books before ordering. We will do out best to work with you.

Is Beastly Books open for curbside pick-up?

We offer curbside pickup Tuesday-Saturday 1:00 pm—4:00 pm. Once your order is placed, we will alert you when your order is ready for pick-up within 24 hours!

The health and safety of our booksellers and community is our priority. If you are ill, please wear a mask at all times during pick-up and practice physical distancing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy?

Both in-store and online returns / exchanges are accepted on case by case basis, within 1 week of purchase or delivery, with receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. For refund/ exchange requests, email us at info@beastlybooks.com

Does Beastly Books ship books?

Yes, we ship internationally as well as within the U.S.. We have the following options:

U.S. shipping:

UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 business days from time of shipment). Average shipping costs within the US range from $10-$25 per package.

Please note, COVID-19 has deeply affected mail and delivery services and Beastly Books is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned about reliable delivery we recommend choosing insured shipping option or curbside pick-up when possible.

International Shipping (including Canada):

 We ship almost everywhere in the world. Shipping cost will be calculated in real time at checkout. If a real time rate cannot be found, we charge a flat rate of $200 per order. If applicable, the price will be adjusted after your order is placed, depending on actual weight of package & destination and you will be refunded the remaining balance.

Thank you so much for your support! During this time, it is taking about 2-4 extra days for our booksellers to process orders. Additionally due to COVID, there are many UPS delays as well.
